Connecting iPod classic to 2017 mazda6 sport nav
« on: May 26, 2017, 04:27:22 pm »
I've got a Mazda 6 tourer sport nav on order. I have an iPod classic with all my music on it. I'm trying to figure out the best way to connect. In my current car (Mercedes) I get full control of the iPod, selecting play lists artists etc. This was an optional extra. Is there a way to achieve this on the Mazda?

Our old ipods (Nano 4th or 5th gen IIRC) just plug into the usb slot and work from the stereo, we have complete control of play lists, albums etc.

Taken delivery of the car now and this works perfectly. Far better than my Mercedes used to.
