Interior light fault after changing bulbs to LED'S.
« on: January 31, 2017, 05:20:59 pm »
Hi.

I changed my door bulbs to LED'S a while back and it took out the dome lights upon opening the doors. I've looked around a lot and a few have suggested the 15 amp in the engine bay (number 19 fuse)

I've looked at that and can't see it being that as it controls the interior lights, BCM (whatever that is) number plate bulbs and something else. All these work bar the interior ones.

Some have suggested just removing the negative battery terminal and it may fix it.

Does anyone know of what may be causing it and any ways to fix it?

Thanks.

There'll probably be a fusebox inside the car somewhere, check the fuses there.
