Transferring petrol to another car?
« on: March 25, 2019, 10:35:36 am »
We've just filled up our Mazda 6 (2.0 Hatchback, 2004)with £70 worth of petrol, and (doh!) are now selling the car. Does anyone know of a good way of transferring the petrol to another car without getting a mouthful of unleaded?

Takes a while and may drain the battery, but take the fuel pipe off the engine, usually just a little blue clip holding it in place, careful not to break or lose the clip, attach a bit of hose to direct the petrol to where you want it and turn the engine over to get the pump to do its thing.
