Does anyone know if there is a pollen filter on 2003 models, and if so how to get at it.On my old 323f it was in passenger footwell held by one screw, but cost of replacement filter was ridiculous so never changed it in 14 years.

There is a pollen filter, easy to change.
Located in the glovebox.
I think there is an explanation of how to change on this site.
Will be changing mine later this year, changed last year only took 2 minutes.
Price wise around £12-15.

You will need to remove the glove box to get to the pollen filter. It's an easy job to do.
