DPF Problems

hi people, my dpf light is flashing randomly but also brings up 2 codes p0154 and c1119, the front oxygen sensor and lambda sensors have been changed and a forced re gen twice, and still the se codes come up, i know the p0154 is bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor and the second is traction control /Reduction Inhibit Line , but on a live stream from speed sensors and everything else there is nothing, could this be a software fault? please help, btw its a mazda 6 2.0 diesel 2007

This second one says it may be malfunction of PCM.

Is the car stock? If you bought it used, the previous owners may have played around it both mechanically and electronically.
