Revs drop when cold
« on: May 22, 2017, 02:15:10 pm »
Hi all I'm started to notice on cold or wet mornings my petrol 2.0 mazda 6 2006 automatic revs drop so low that the car has stalled on a couple of occasions and it sort of chuggs when coming to a junction and I have to stop the car. Once the car has warmed up it's fine. And was wondering if it has an automatic choke and this could be the problem or can anyone help
Cheers in advance.

Hi sounds like it might need a service air filter ect could also need a diagnostic to see if any sensors are failing showing fault codes ect
It may cost you but could save you money in the long run as it might take you straight to the fault instead of hunting for it.
