6 sport estate 2012 - computer fault?
« on: October 11, 2016, 01:48:07 pm »
Hi, hit the above car and the computer display for fuel economy is stuck at 44.5 and the average speed reading is also stuck. Is there a way to reset it? I asked the garage to look at it (& other things) and was fobbed off (it was under warranty then, so I was surprised run didn't investigate)... The remaining distance function seems to work, if it's relevant. Any thoughts would be welcome, thanks.

Hi. I too have the 2012 2.2 and have just reset the avg fuel meter. Using the info button on the steering wheel scroll through to avg mpg then repress and hold the info button and the meter zeros. Why it should stick at a constant readout I don't know.
