Hello! It is my first time writing here, I have a Mazda 6 2014 and I have a problem with the music, I use a usb but all the time that I start the car the music start with the first song, I have been reading in forum from other country and It look like a general problem in a lot of mazdas then I wonder if somebody got to fix it, where and also if it was free because it is their fault.
Thank you very much!

Faulty bluetooth controller (it also controls the usb). I got a new one fitted while my car was still under it's 3 year warranty but I've read that they don't replace them free after it expires.

I have a Mazda 6 2016 and it does the same thing, to the point i now cannot listen to Budapest anymore!
Volume occasionally drops to zero, constantly tries to play songs by the same artist, or from the same album.
The latest one is that it will play a song beginning with say 'A' and then another, if you try to skip it will play one with 'C'. And then if you skip again, back to 'A' , and then 'C' again.
Gods knows how i haven't beaten the living crap out of the thing!
Anyway, it is in the garage today so we'll see what comes of that. No doubt they'll just plug it in to something and it will say it's fine so they will then just install the latest update again!

Hi
In my car playing from USB song starting always from 1st position after switching off and on the ignition.
I heard there is a Bluetooth module upgrade, that's correct?
Did any one did it? What the price or its free of charge?
How that works?

I have moved your post.
It's always a good idea to look through the index BEFORE you post a new topic. This has already been covered. Please read the postings above.

There is a Bluetooth upgrade that fixes this issue. Had it done to my previous Mazda6 (2013) free of charge - probably because I reported a problem to the dealer, and the car was under warrantee.
