Title: Vibrating plastics
Post by: IceManLT on September 02, 2018, 08:32:53 pm
So I noticed that in my mazda 6 first gen 2008 the plastic of one of the side doors vibrates if I play music with a lot of bass, if I just put my hand on the plastic it's enough  to stop it. Does anyone know in general any fixes for this? I was thinking to put take out the plastic and put some rags in the empty space so it won't vibrate no more. Maybe somebody knows easier ways or fixes.

I do not think you can fix that other than using headphones silent disco style.

Maybe soundproofing with proper materials will do something or maybe the plastics are getting loose with age and by removing them and fitting them better will improve it. But the vibration will still be there.
