Hi
I have downloaded tool box on my computer
Inserted the card and showing error. Or Message:
Make sure that:
navigation is launched
Your computer has internet
The Mazda sd card is inserted

What am I doing wrong?
Do I need switch on ignition and press satnav button in the car? If yes is blank screen asking for sd card , that's correct ?

Looking at your profile, I am assuming your car has the TomTom sat nav. like my own.
This update is for the later cars (after the first facelift) with Mazda's own navigation system

I have a 2013 Gen 3 GJ with TomTom sat nav and purchased this SD card from Ebay which works perfectly. It already has the latest maps installed. £27.99 which was a fraction of the cost from Mazda or TomTom if that helps anyone.

We live in an age where mentioning you read a book seems a little bit like you're showing off

I've just purchased the 2019 GT model and was wondering whether the free map update is still available for me. I was lead to believe that it's 3 years free updates?

The free update should apply as the update is related to a registered Nav card to a registered user, it ight be the original owner has registered the card and you can not reregister the card to a different email address in MAZDA toolbox
I love to drive my car but has too many issues
