Dose anyone have advice regarding replacing Turanza tyres to another make as I understand it can affect the tyre pressure monitoring system.

You should be able to fit any tyre you wish with no problem from the tyre pressure monitoring system.

The Tpms is not in the tyre, any brand tyre will be fine.
Just make sure you reset the system after a tyre change (press the button until you hear a beep)

As Siw said, the TPMS sensor is not in the tyre but is connecting to the ABS. It measures the rotation speed of each wheel so whilst you should be able to use any make of tyre, I would recommend that you do not mix different brands on the same axle.
