JUST GOT A MAZDA 6 SPORT 2.3 2002

Hey new to becoming a MAZDA owner, my brother in-law gave me his 2002 sport mazda 6 bright yellow with tinted back windows and black alloys looks great and drives like its new!!!!

Anyone tell me anythink about them as it as no books?

Got all the kit inside bose system and lots more just wanna know anythink else about them?

I've not long traded in my Mazda6 2.3 sport  :'( it was grey & had a powerflow stanless steel exhaust which sounded great, it was a great car to drive, it was a 52 plate, traded it in for a Mazda5 1.8ts, i really miss the extra power but the family is growing so needed a bigger motor, i have the 5 looking nice now though  ;D
Keep an eye on the boot as mine let in some water & i had a wee swimming pool in there.
Hope you have many happy years of driving in her  :D

Welcome to the club, Alex - sounds like you have a very generous brother, if he literally gave you that beauty!

Parkers online review http://www.parkers.co.uk/cars/reviews/mazda/6/hatchback-2002/ gives useful specs and driver information.

For a driver's manual, try contacting Mazda UK - even if they can't supply you with one, they can probably suggest where you can get hold of one.
