I am in dire need of assistance.
My daughter decided to hurl the contents of her stomach all over one side of the rear seat.
I went straight down and got the car cleaned but it seems to have got into the little holes, as shown in the photos.
I have tried to hoover them again and clean with soapy water but to no avail. The air freshener in the car is just about keeping the stench at bay but i doubt for much longer.
Has anyone else experienced this before as i need to sort PDQ!!
:(

It will go away after some time even without doing anything.
A lot of people use baking soda and then apply the leather products.
Also, they use coffee beans to "absorb" the smell.
Basically, you cannot really clean the inner part of the seat which is causing the smell and all tricks you can do, will mask or speed up the natural process of removing the smell.
Patience is the key here.
