Recalls
« on: March 18, 2014, 07:57:54 pm »
Hi all

How can i find out what recalls have been needed for my M6 and if they have been done. there is full service history, main Mazda dealer service print out for the car, but it only tells me what service parts were used.

My M6 was registered 27th November 2009 and it a 2.2 TS2 and has now done 50,400 miles

Kind Regards
Martin

Have a look at the Government website VOSA vehicle recalls. Lists all vehicles and known recalls.

Hello.

Happened across the following quite by chance.

Phoned Turnbull Mazda York to price up a new rear light cluster. Smashed the one that was on when I reversed into the wheelie bin at home. (own fault) Mrs says I couldn't drive a stick up a dogs arse. Classy bird int she...Ha!!! Any-road, the nice chap on the service desk informed that my model had an outstanding recall for timing chain and software update.
Worthy of a mention I thought..

Zoom Zoom and keep ya eye out for them wheelie bins...
