This is a question to all detailers out there.
I have never owned a car with leather before. I understand a clean and condition is required to keep it as fresh and new as possible. I would like to know tips on which products are good, how to apply and how often I should be doing it.
Is it important to clean before conditioning or can you condition at any time?
I take it the steering wheel is genuine leather on my 09 6 and do you treat it the same as the seats.
The Leather is in really good condition on my car at the moment and would like to keep it that way.
Any thoughts would be great.

Gliptone Liquid Leather is what I use on Mazda6 (including steering wheel) and an open sports car where the seats and wheel are open to the elements.
Great stuff - easy to use, and resurrects the lovely smell of leather every time.
Buy it on line cheaper.

+1 for Gliptone.
Cleaner followed by copious amounts of the conditioner. Smells lovely for a week afterwards too!

Ok sounds like a winner, will pick some up at the weekend.
how often do you guys clean your seats?

I do all of mine about every three months. But they are rarely sat in. I do the drivers every month or so.
