It may just be me but I don't get the need for the beep when I alter the music volume with the steering wheel control. It really irritates!?

Can the beep be disabled?

If you go into the settings on the radio, once past bass and treble there are a number of options including one to switch the beep off

I am sure some peoples music can be more irritating than the odd bleep.
What about the indicators they bleep also , is that a problem?
