Any info on this knocking sound. Please help

Ok so my car has been knocking, i drove it to the hospital(about 3miles) on the way back probably a further 2 miles i felt something go as i put her into 2nd. And the knocking changed to this sound. Checked the pistons and everything looks fine. Any one got any info or ideas to what it could be.
Sorry if there already a thread about something like this but i couldnt find one.

Did you find out what was wrong with the engine, mines has similar noise.

Mate the noise of yours was the noise of mine before this happened. Mine needs a new engine. Im waiting on the finance company to strip the engine to determine the original problem. If i was you id get your engine stripped and looked at, and stop driving it. Mine gave no indication that it was gona get worse. Once i hear back from my finance company il post the diagnostics here a to what the original problem is 👍🏿
