Title: Heated seat not working... any ideas?

Hi all, I've a issue with the drivers heated seat not working, passenger seat is OK, any idea where the issue my be or will it be the heat mat is burned out and can't be repaired.
I'm hoping it's a simple fix and one of those common issues.  :D

Some times some of the wires cut and need to be redone, which means you need to open up the seat and investigate. The other one works, so the fuse must be fine.

Is there any kind of DIY thread to do this? I have the same issue and have seen various replies of what to do / look for.

I don't want to butcher anything so was hoping there was some kind of work through that someone has done previously :)  ;D
