What sort of noise? Is it a squealing noise or a fast vibrating noise?

Is the pad thickness ok ... on inner and outer pads in each corner ?

Any cracks on disc surfaces ?

I replaced front and rear discs and pads due to discs looked cooked, and also replaced n/s/f caliper as was sticking, once i heard vibrating noise I went to a garage to check if brakes where fluctuating on brake rollers and they all locked fine including handbrake

I'm no expert, but the sound you describe makes me think you may have a problem with the ABS system. You have undertaken some work on the brakes and I suspect you have possibly dislodged one of the wheel speed sensors.

It was doing it before thats why I replaced disc and pads, thought they where sticking once hot, how will I be able to diagnose which speed sensor it is?

Old school suggestion..  Sometimes the leading edges of the new pads are a bit too sharp and might benefit from a slight sanding off with some abrasive paper.
Look at life through the windscreen, not the rearview mirror.

Lol.. the noise was already there before I fitted the disc and pads, so I was thinking hairline crack on abs ring and once hot its expanding causing the fast vibrating noise, ive looked closely at all rings and seem fine, so making me think its pump or as bazzamf said could be speed senor

Here are some details on the ABS system that you may find useful. There are three pages, which are too large to incorporate in one hit so will try it over three separate posts.

I have amended the above posts because once again we have received notification from our hosts that the attachment folder is full and needs to be cleared.

Sorry people but we have no option.

Discovered the fault!! One of my nearside rear caliper bolts where seized, which I cleaned up and re greased, and haven't had the fsst vibrating noise ever since! Happy days
